District 1 & 3 will be voting like normal at the Shrewsbury Hose Company on Broad Street while District 2 will be voting at Borough Hall at 419 Sycamore Avenue.   County Clerk Advises of New Statewide Vote by Mail Law which will affect the November General Election FREEHOLD, NJ – Monmouth County Clerk Christine Giordano Hanlon is advising residents that a new law signed by Governor Phil Murphy in August dramatically changed the Vote by Mail rules in New Jersey. These changes are effective immediately and will impact the November General Election. more
